Auburn Manor offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services as part of the Auburn Homes & Services continuum of care campus in the center of downtown Chaska. There are options for individuals to move to a different part of the campus when circumstances change. In many cases, a spouse who is in need of different services may live on the same campus, allowing them to stay connected and enjoy frequent visits.

Just Like Home

Each room at Auburn Manor has a classic front porch for visiting with family and friends, working on hobbies, enjoying a cup of coffee or simply relaxing. Residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings to personalize their new home.
